ABOUT WAVECREST HOTELS AND RESORTS, LLC
Wave Crest Hotels and Resorts was created in November, 2010. We evolved from Wave Crest Enterprises, a development company that traces its origins to the 1980s and was responsible for the development of several residential and commercial buildings in North County San Diego, primarily in the hospitality field. These properties include the Wave Crest Resort in Del Mar, The Tamarack Beach Resort in Carlsbad and the Hilton Garden Inn in Carlsbad, all currently owned by Wave Crest Enterprises.

RESTAURANT SUPERVISOR – CHANDLERS
Responsible for supporting the Restaurant General Manager in all restaurant operations functions to provide exceptional guest experiences.
1. Develop and maintain an elegantly appointed environment, with superior staff, dedicated to an attentive, distinctive experience for breakfast, lunch or dinner.
Knowledge and Skills:
Education: Two years’ of post high school education
Experience: Two to five years’ employment in a related position.
Skills and Abilities:
Requires thorough knowledge of the restaurant/hotel practices and procedures in order to perform non-repetitive analytical work.
May require knowledge of policies and procedures and the ability to determine course of action based on these guidelines.
Supervision/ management communication skills are required.
Requires ability to investigate and analyze current activities or information and make logical conclusions and recommendations.
Ability to make occasional decisions which are generally guided by established policy and procedures.

Hours Required: Flexible, over a
five day period.
