Job Description
Director of Food and Beverage directs and organizes the activities of the Food & Beverage department in maintaining high standards of the operation in quality, service and merchandising to maximize profits. Extensive experience in restaurant, bar, banquet, stewarding, kitchen, sales, catering required; leadership and motivational skills essential; a high school diploma and a culinary background including sales and service also required; college degree in a related field preferred.

*Minimum of 5 years of diversified F & B managment experience in a full-size hotel with strong knowledge of front of the house operations, preferrably in a convention hotel
*Union experience strongly desired
*Hands on experience marketing an F & B outlet through social media & limited budget
*Must be committed to work a flexible schedule to include nights, weekends and holidays
