Job Description
As General Manager, you will create and maintain customer-driven operations with a vision that inspires hotel associates to do their best. You will oversee the quality process to ensure guest satisfaction by consistent delivery of both product quality and service to achieve the hotel’s financial objectives. This position requires experience in all phases of hotel management, including sales and marketing, human resources, food and beverage, budget/forecast management, rooms, housekeeping and maintenance.

Great opportunity to manage the only Hyatt brand hotel in Topeka! We are currently seeking an experienced hotel General Manager with proven leadership, integrity and respect. Must be focused on flow through and superior guest service. Ideal candidate will possess Hyatt, Marriott or Hilton experience with ability to develop excellent guest, staff and ownership relationships.
Adjacent to the new River Hill Shopping Center and four miles west of downtown Topeka, the Hyatt Place Topeka hotel is ideally located off I-70 and within close proximity to I-35 and Highway 75.
