Job Description
As General Manager, you will create and maintain customer-driven operations with a vision that inspires hotel associates to do their best. You will oversee the quality process to ensure guest satisfaction by consistent delivery of both product quality and service to achieve the hotel’s financial objectives. This position requires experience in all phases of hotel management, including sales and marketing, human resources, food and beverage, budget/forecast management, rooms, housekeeping and maintenance.

We are in search of a full service General Manager preferably with Hyatt full service hotel experience that can operate through the eyes of the ownership to drive top line revenue and be able to flow the additional revenue to the bottom line.
The hotel recently completed a $19 million dollar renovation and is to achieve a market share index of 90 plus and be able to grow the catering portion of the operation. The ideal General Manager will be very active with the sales process, involved in the community at a top level, and understand how to restructure the operation to increase GOP. This position will report to the Senior VP of Hotel Operations and will have a close working relationship with ownership.
We are seeking someone with a great attention to detail in all departments and who is a strong leader with a solid knowledge of the local market, and the associate base. This person should also have a solid track record of driving top line performance and enhancing the REV PAR Index to be the leader in their comp set.
