Job Description
Do you have Hamptonality? Our brand award winning property is looking for an outgoing Full Time second shift (3pm-11pm) Guest Service Representative. The primary focus of this position is to make each and every guest feel at home and like they are family. Responsiblities include, but are not limited to, friendly and efficient check-in/out process, reservation assistance, timely problem resolution, and inventory managment. Applicant must have flexible availability, including weekends and holidays. Knowledge of the local area is preferred but not required.
