As a new staffing service in the USA, PAE GROUP is looking for qualified hotel staff in the areas of Housekeeping, Housemen, Bartending and Banquet services to fill our clients’ needs and staff requests. HOUSEKEEPERS
Responsible for cleaning guest rooms for an upscale hotel.
Must be motivated and efficient and possess customer service skills. Minimal of 20 room assignments.
Perform any combination of light cleaning duties to maintain hotel rooms in a clean and orderly manner to ensure neat and sanitary establishment for guests. Duties include making beds, replenishing linens, cleaning rooms and halls, vacuuming, shampooing rugs, curtains or drapes and furniture. In addition to cleaning bathrooms, windows, ceilings, floors and walls, they also empty wastebaskets and ashtrays (if applicable). Hotel housekeepers replenish all items within the rooms, including paper, pens, napkins, silverware, soaps, shampoos, toilet paper, towels, drinking cups, towels and blankets. Many rooms offer refrigerators filled with drinks and snacks. In such cases, the housekeeper has to keep an inventory of the food and drinks the guests used, and then restock the refrigerator. Depending on the area they’re assigned to, duties can also consist of setting up rooms for functions meetings, arranging decorations, place settings, furniture and equipment. At some hotels, they may be asked to look after a guest’s pet to make sure they are properly fed, walked and groomed. Before a guest checks out, housekeepers go into the room with an inspection checklist to ensure there is no damage or theft to the property and that all appliances are working properly. Perform other tasks/duties as needed.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Job/Shift flexibility necessary to accommodate for changes in occupancy.
Good communication skills and well groomed.
Must be dependable, customer service oriented, attention to detail, ability to stand, bend, reach, and push for long periods of time.
Reliable transportation and contact number.

Education and Training: On-the-job training
Experience: 1 year or more preferred but willing to train; previous hotel experience highly desirable.
Salary: Minimum wage plus vacation, sick days, and health benefits for Full Time employees.
