Maintenance Helper / Utility Engineer
Job Description
Maintenance Helpers and Utility Engineers work to ensure the general maintenance and repair of IHR properties. Requirements include: knowledge of maintenance trades, basic electrical, plumbing, mechanical and carpentry; basic mechanical aptitude for operation and repair of hotel equipment and related tools; basic English language communication and math skills; moving heavy equipment; and working at heights up to 30 feet.

This position also requires the individual to pass a DOT exam as they will also be required to drive the shuttle bus when necessary. A driving record will also be done on all applicants that are considered for the position.
