We are seeking a confident and outgoing individual who has at least two to three years Food & Beverage supervisory experience. The qualified applicant should have knowledge of Alcohol Awareness (TIPS), Food Safety and at least six months cash-handling experience. The food and beverage supervisor must be able to stand for long periods of time and lift twenty pounds. Job duties include but are not limited to: supervising food and beverage outlet employees, following up with all sidework and other assigned tasks, and assisting with Micros.
Micros experience a plus.
